An easy to make banana bread loaded with flavor. Delicious for breakfast or anytime of the day.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a bread pan.
- Add all the ingredients to the mashed bananas and whisk just until combined.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until done. Let the cake cool in the pan for 15 minutes and then remove.
- Store cake at room temperature or in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 4-5 days.
