Real Spices Blueberry Muffins



Wash and drain blueberries. Then lightly coat with flour so they don't drop to the bottom of the muffin while baking.

Preheat over to 375°.

Cream butter and sugar until smooth.

Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.  Then add Real Spices Vanilla Cream Flavoring and Real Spices Blueberry Flavoring.

Sift together flour, salt and baking soda.  Add to the creamed mixture alternating with the addition of milk.

Fold in berries

Line muffin tin with cupcake liners.  Fill each with batter.  Sprinkle a small amount of sugar on top of muffins and bake for 30-35 minutes.
