- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp Real Spices Vanilla Cream Flavoring
- 1/8 tsp Real Spices Blueberry Flavoring
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups blueberries
- 3 tsp sugar
Wash and drain blueberries. Then lightly coat with flour so they don't drop to the bottom of the muffin while baking.
Preheat over to 375°.
Cream butter and sugar until smooth.
Sift together flour, salt and baking soda. Add to the creamed mixture alternating with the addition of milk.
Fold in berries
Line muffin tin with cupcake liners. Fill each with batter. Sprinkle a small amount of sugar on top of muffins and bake for 30-35 minutes.
