Creamy and rich, this will be a hit with all lemon lovers.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine graham cracker crumbs and butter. Press firmly onto the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Line the pan with foil or parchment, if desired.
Add eggs, one at at time, and beat after each egg is added.
Once all ingredients are combined, pour over crust.
Bake 40-45 minutes, until center is almost set. Cool completely and then refrigerate. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving. Cut into bite size servings (or larger if you like!). Enjoy!
