Root Beer Float Cupcakes

 

Root Beer Floats.  Your favorite summer treat but in a cupcake!

 

Preheat oven to 350°.  Prepare muffin pans by lining with cupcake papers.

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt & baking powder.  In a separate bowl, cream together butter and sugar.  Then add eggs, Real Spices Root Beer Flavoring, and Real Spice Pure Vanilla Extract.  Gradually add in flour and root beer until combined.  Do not over mix.

Fill each cup about 2/3 full.  Bake 15-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.

Cool before frosting with vanilla frosting.
